Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Students must hold a valid licence or permit, and log book, and comply with ACT legislative requirements. Lessons are subject to availability. We may refuse or terminate a lesson if a student is unsafe, abusive, under the influence of any medication (unfit for driving), alcohol or drugs, or medically unfit to drive. Steer It Driving School does not guarantee a pass in any government driving assessment. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
